Funniest apocalypse ever. You don't just have different types of comedy, though: you've mixed in mystery and some genuine poignancy, as well--just like the show.
The method of Armageddon is quite scary. Unlike the usual alien invasion or zombie attack, having California destroyed by uncontrollable wildfires is terrifying, *because* it's a *real* threat.
My favorite bit of this (and there's a lot of parts that I like) are the survival kits, because they're so in-character.
